To register a Help desk call regarding any IT issues other than Axpert / Adraklive / System / Networking / Printers
1.      Send mail with the issue / complaint Subject to it.support@aladrak.com for Oman & Dubai Operations and helpdesk@adrakindia.com for India operations.   Start the subject with "IT Issues" or "Other IT Issues".
                          

2.      Directly enter IT Helpdesk call from www.adraklive.com or from IT Helpdesk page in www.adraklive.com here also Start the subject with "System" or "Networking" or "Printer".
