Adraklive - Helpdesk Call Registration

Adraklive website or mobile app - Help desk Call Registration
To register a Help desk call regarding any issues with Adraklive intranet website or mobile app follow one of the steps below

  1.  Send mail with the issue / complaint Subject to adraklive@aladrak.com  Start the subject with "adraklive" or "app".

2. Directly enter IT Helpdesk call from www.adraklive.com or from IT Helpdesk page in www.adraklive.com here also Start the subject with "adraklive" or "app".





Things to be taken care while raising a Help desk call:

  1. If the issue relates to one particular document or multiple documents - please specify the document type and the document numbers. For Example:- Direct Purchase - ATCDP23030001 please delete.
  2. Make sure to specify the reason if there is a editing or deleting of entry
  3. Make sure to get the consent from the concerned Head of Department before sending the mail to IT Support
  4. Please do not send request to modify or remove entries which the HOD has to do.  Please send it only through HOD.
