Axpert ERP - Help desk Call Registration
To register a Help desk call regarding any issues with Axpert Application / Axpert Web / Axpert Mobile App follow one of the steps below
- Directly enter IT Helpdesk call from www.adraklive.com or from IT Helpdesk page in www.adraklive.com here also Start the subject with "Axpert" or "EPR".

Things to be taken care while raising a Help desk call:

- If the issue relates to one particular document or multiple documents - please specify the document type and the document numbers. For Example:- Direct Purchase - ATCDP23030001 please delete.
- Make sure to specify the reason if there is a editing or deleting of entry
- Make sure to get the consent from the concerned Head of Department before sending the mail to IT Support
- Please do not send request to modify or remove entries which the HOD has to do. Please send it only through HOD.
